RBBA will submit a formal recruiting proposal covering timing, action steps, and recruiting fees. After finalizing the agreement, we will meet together to determine the salary range, incentives (if applicable), and level of benefits. We will then create a detailed job description with necessary qualifications and job duties. You will have the opportunity to review, comment, and make any changes you feel are necessary.

Typically, at least three qualified pre-screened candidates will be presented for interview within 30 to 45 days from date of the signed proposal. If logistics are an issue, RBBA will make arrangements for conducting the interviews at a centrally located venue that is convenient to both the client and the candidates. Most recruiting assignments are completed within 60 days. The higher the level of the position the longer it usually takes; and vise-versa.

RBBA Guarantee - RBBA’s track record for recruiting just the right person is above reproach. In fact, all hires are guaranteed to “fit”.  If, for whatever reason, the hire just doesn’t work out after the first 6-months, RBBA will find a replacement at no-charge.
